Evidence before answers.
Turn scattered information into structured understanding.
A deliberately simple prototype for testing intake, evidence separation, uncertainty and next actions — before any real service exists.

What we do not know
Evidence assessment
Interpretation
What would change the conclusion?

Method
Observe. Measure. Compare. Understand. Act.
Direct observation
What was actually seen, heard or recorded.
Measurement
What the instrument reported — with context.
External reference
Third-party information kept clearly separate.
Interpretation
What the combined evidence may mean.
Next action
The smallest useful next step supported by evidence.
About us
Evidence before answers.
The Community Knowledge Project is an independent initiative built to turn observations, photographs, measurements and third-party information into structured understanding and practical next steps.
Who we are
Our background combines hands-on field observation with long-term experience in technology, systems thinking, horticulture, nature observation and practical problem-solving.
No single source, sensor, photograph or AI answer is treated as automatically correct. We compare what was observed, what was measured, what external sources report and what remains uncertain.
Our field experience
Part of our practical background comes from a privately operated nature and farm observation site in the Phichit region of north-central Thailand. The exact location is deliberately not published.
The wider site covers roughly 15,000 m², including several thousand square metres of semi-wild habitat, several hundred square metres of actively irrigated and monitored land, and pond and water-management areas.
How we work
We keep six layers separate:
- Direct observation
- Measurement
- Confirmed trend
- External reference
- Interpretation
- Practical next step
Project boundary
The Community Knowledge Project is not the private field site and does not own or operate it. The two remain organisationally and financially separate.
Private coordinates, family information, financial information and other sensitive data are not published. Field examples are used only in generalised or explicitly approved form.
Why we are building this
Access to information is no longer the main problem. The harder questions are what can be trusted, what fits the local reality and what should happen next.
Our goal is a practical bridge between raw information and grounded understanding.
Observe. Measure. Compare. Understand. Act.

The prototype is a test instrument, not a public service. Failure, OPEN and contradiction are valid evidence.
